Abstract

The introduction of mediation in criminal justice depended largely on the perception of the victimand on its compensation due to him in damage for what has been produced by an offense under crimina llaw. The concept of " restorative justice "It is defined as" an approach that is centered around finding items damages caused by violations and finding suitable ways to repair them." The three main restorative justice models identified in the British literature are: victim-offender mediation - which is a form of mediation that allows the offender to repair the damage caused to the victim; family group conference - which is used to support an individual by a group of people (of which may be part the victim too ) to take an important decision; and restorative conference - which aims to support moral victim. The role of restorative justice is complex and is considering creating the possibility of expressing both the victim and repair the damage they had been brought and social reintegration of the offender.
